Topkapı29’s street shops, which were built in Topkapı, the historical heart of Istanbul, at the intersection of all transportation networks, surrounded by hospitals, schools, business and living centers, were opened to investors. It is planned to contribute to the region with Topkapı29, where MallMark undertakes the concept development and leasing consultancy of commercial areas. Topkapı29’s commercial areas were introduced at a meeting held at the sales office of the project and attended by many guests from the business world.

Akzirve, which has 30 years of experience in the real estate sector in Turkey, opened street shops with 82 stores in the commercial areas of Topkapı29 to investors.

Valuable business people from the retail industry came together at the meeting held at Topkapı29’s sales office to introduce commercial areas to investors. At the meeting, sector representatives and investors were given detailed information about the opportunities offered by the project.

 

Akzirve Board of Directors Advisor Mahir Katırcı, who made the opening speech of the meeting, noted that Topkapı29 is one of the most remarkable projects in Istanbul with its modern architecture meeting world standards and high construction quality. Emphasizing that the project will become the new symbol of the region, that is, Zeytinburnu, with its unique architecture and concept, Katırcı said, “We opened our street shops, which include 82 stores from our commercial areas, to investors, and we plan to open 96 stores in the shopping mall.”

Stating that there are both street shops and a shopping center as commercial areas in the project, Mahir Katırcı stated that 44 thousand 99 square meters of the commercial area, which has a construction area of ​​84 thousand 563 square meters, is designed as leasable area. Katırcı said, “We will have a total of 178 stores in this area. Among the commercial areas we opened to investors, our street shops with 82 stores will make significant contributions to the economic revitalization of the region. We invite our investors to our street shops, where we have determined 14 thousand 748 square meters of the 23 thousand 76 square meters of construction area as leasable area. Our shopping mall, another commercial area in our project, will rise on a construction area of ​​61 thousand 487 square meters. 96 different stores will serve in our shopping center, of which 29 thousand 351 square meters is designed as leasable area. “Our project will change the shopping approach of the region with a huge shopping center and street shops,” he said.

Mahir Katırcı added that they also work with MallMark for concept development and rental consultancy of commercial areas.

Çamlıbel said, “The shopping center consists of 2 stages: a street shopping mall consisting of 400 meters of frontage and 2 floors, and a closed shopping mall consisting of 5 floors. Cadde Shopping Mall, with 14 thousand 748 square meters of leasable area and 82 stores, will appeal to all age groups and tastes in the field of gastronomy with culture, art, entertainment, basic service, luxury restaurants, brasserie and cafes. It is a street life that will allow socialization as well as shopping. It was designed as a central location. There is an open parking area for 183 vehicles on the ground floor. The indoor shopping mall will provide service with 29 thousand 351 square meters of leasable area, 96 stores and a closed parking lot for 1,000 vehicles. “It will be the meeting point for visitors of all ages and statuses with its rich mix of national and international brands as well as entertainment areas,” he said.
