MallMark Deputy General Manager Ye\u015fim \u00c7aml\u0131bel emphasized that Sel\u00e7uk Outlet Park, located on the \u0130zmir\u2013Ayd\u0131n highway, addresses a resident population of 1.5 million within a 100 km radius and benefits from an average daily traffic volume of 40,000 vehicles, with no direct competitors in the area. Highlighting the project\u2019s single-story, modern, and spacious architectural concept that reflects the region\u2019s character, \u00c7aml\u0131bel stated that with its next-generation \u201croadside shopping mall\u201d concept, expanding land advantage, high open-air usage ratio, and event spaces, the project aims to attract strong visitor flow from surrounding districts as well. G\u00fcl T\u00fcrkmen explained that Sel\u00e7uk Outlet Park has been designed with a single-story open-air concept, featuring a circular customer flow that draws visitors in from the entrance and guides them naturally throughout the entire project. She shared details about the store layout concept, noting that along the main axis, a strong fashion & textile line has been created, consisting of women\u2019s, men\u2019s, and children\u2019s apparel, lingerie, and general textile brands. This structure is supported by the Sports & Athleisure and Shoes\u2013Bags & Accessories segments, as illustrated on the floor plan. She also emphasized that Sel\u00e7uk Outlet Park adopts a family-focused approach by including dedicated children\u2019s play areas. T\u00fcrkmen stated that one of the most distinctive features of Sel\u00e7uk Outlet Park, designed as an all-day social experience project, is its extensive F&B and terrace gastronomy backbone, strengthened by open-air terraces, which has been planned as a key attraction point that enhances both brand visibility and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Investor and developer company Zeytin Gayrimenkul \u0130n\u015faat AVM Anonim \u015eirketi\u2019s investment partners Berat Uygur and Mehmet Tekinalp stated that the project is being developed with 100% equity financing. They emphasized their goal of offering world-class standards to all project stakeholders and bringing a new lifestyle destination to the region, and they answered questions from the participants.<\/p>\n
