After 25 years of experience, MallMark Real Estate, which was established with professional teams in its field, provides services in the fields of shopping mall management, leasing, project and concept development, asset management and finance management in Turkey and in the region in order to be more than a management company.

ABOUT THE PRESIDENT

Aytaç Özçiçek is founder of MallMark continues as CEO, he received many trainings related to retail and shopping center in Canada and European countries and he has been in retail and shopping center sector since 1997.

His career started in retail sector, he took part medium and senior management positions in Marks and Spencer and Toys”R”Us, then he continued his career as Ankara Carrefour SC Manager, Armada SC Deputy General Manager, PanoraSC General Manager, RönesansHolding Management and Leasing Director of Marmara and Aegean region, first outlet center of İstanbul –OliviumOutlet Center General Manager. He worked as Business Development and Management Department Director in AVM Partners until August 2015. After AVM Partners and JLL merger, he was National Director of JLL Property Management and Executive Board member.

He wrote a book about Shopping Center Management and shared his 21 years experience by giving lecture about Shopping Centers and Investments in university. Aytaç received an award «Director of the Year» in 2013 in Retail Days organized by SoysalConsulting.
